Roaring Lamb's Conference, May 1998
Renaissance Communications and the Fifth Avenue Presbyterian Church teamed up to
sponsor a Roaring Lamb's Conference on May 16th in New York City. The conference
enabled believers to interact with noted persons representing various fields of
work in mainstream culture including, journalism, advertising, music, fashion,
and theater. Conference participants included author and Sports executive Bob
Briner, recording artist Charlie Peacock, Lou Carlozo of the Chicago Tribune,
Jody Hassett of CNN, Barbara Bates of Tommy Hilfiger, Ron Anderson of Bozell
Kamstra Advertising Agency and actor Michael O'Leary.
Dads of Destiny, June 1998
Two-hour live Father's Day Radio Special entitled Dads of Destiny, June 20th,
co-hosted by Ken Canfield, president of the National Center for Fathering and
Steven Curtis Chapman, Sparrow recording artist and winner of 3 Grammy and 37
Dove Awards. Syndication via SRN, Moody Broadcasting Network, American Family
Radio Network, and Family Life Radio. Cleared over 500 stations.

Carman's Halloween 3:16 Radio Special, live from TBN studios in Nashville, TN.
Two-hour simulcast of national television and Internet concert and video premiere

A Very Veggie Thanksgiving Party, November 1998
The first ever live, national radio broadcast
of a Veggie Tales video premiere, November 21 from Chicago. Featured call-ins
from radio stations hosting "premiere parties" with local Christian bookstores,
as well as appearances from Bob and Larry themselves, and the Veggie Tales creators.
